Orders

Payment

You can pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Check (checks requires drivers license number and phone number to be placed at the top of the check), Money Order (orders will not be processed until Scholzen Products Co., Inc. receives payment), or you can open an account with Scholzen Products Co., Inc. today.All credit card orders will be processed for full payment amount before shipment is released. Large dollar volume orders may require a bank-to-bank transfer for an order to be placed and is at the discretion of Scholzen Products Co., Inc. to determine when a bank-to-bank transfer is required. All orders need to be billed in full at time of order and no deposits will be accepted.

Shipping

Scholzen Products Co., Inc. reserves the right to ship the merchandise via the method and carrier of their choosing unless otherwise specified by the customer and must be done in writing. All orders will be shipped either direct from the manufacturer or direct from Scholzen Products Co., Inc. inventory. No orders will be shipped until Scholzen Products Co., Inc. receives payment.

Upon delivery of the merchandise, the customer must examine the package for damage. The customer must note on the carrier's delivery receipt when signing for truck orders if the product is refused due to damage.

All claims, shortages and damages must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. In the event of apparent of concealed damage or shortage, the client should retain all packaging and file a claim with the carrier. Scholzen Products Co., Inc. responsibility ceases when the merchandise is delivered in good condition to the carrier.

Return Policy

  • Credit may be issued Less 25% restocking charge for any material returned providing:
  • You may return products only with Scholzen Products Co., Inc. written approval utilizing a Return Authorization Number obtained from the Customer Service Department.
  • Material returned is normal inventory for us and was not "Special Ordered".
  • Material is returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • Orginal delivery invoice is returned with the material, or you advise us of the original invoice number and date.The returned product is in new sellable condition and in the original, undamaged manufacturer's carton, if normally sold in a carton.

Special Orders

Special orders will require a deposit of 50% to 100% by customers without an open credit account. Customers with an open credit account will be billed immediately as special order items come in. Special orders are not returnable for credit. We will issue credit only upon receipt of permission to return the material to our vendor. In addition to Scholzen Products Co., Inc. restocking charge, and restocking charge from the vendor and freight costs will be passed along with our credit.

Changed Terms

Scholzen Products Co., Inc. shall have the right at any time to change or modify these terms and conditions, or to impose new terms and conditions, effective immediately upon notice thereof.
